PER based skills complete

I finished getting the javascript working so that they secondary attribute levels are calculated and displayed, and skills based on those attributes now work correctly. However, I discovered that the PDF value for these items are not working, and they possibly haven't been working for quite some time. :( I'll try to work on this tomorrow.
